Delete your Biokode account

This is the fastest route and does not require us to step in:

• In the iOS or Android app: Profile tab, at the bottom of the screen → “Delete my account”.
• On the web: Settings → Security and privacy → Account deletion.

We ask for an explicit confirmation. Once you accept it, deletion runs immediately: there is no grace period and no suspended account.

If you have lost access to your account or would rather we did it for you, write to us from the email address you signed up with:

We respond within a maximum of 30 days, extendable to 90 in complex cases and with prior notice (GDPR art. 12.3). If you write from a different address we will need to verify your identity before deleting anything.

Your application data is deleted in a single transaction, so nothing is left half-done. We delete:

• Your profile, your goals and your settings.
• Your nutrition diary, health metrics, fasts, events and gamification.
• Your conversations with Kodi, its memories and its learned state.
• Your voice notes and their transcriptions.
• Data synced from Apple Health or Health Connect that was stored on our servers.
• Your sign-in identity: the session is revoked instantly and signing in with Google or Apple no longer grants access.

• The consent ledger, for 3 years, as evidence that you once consented to the processing (GDPR art. 7.1 and the limitation periods of the Spanish LOPDGDD). It contains no health data.
• Encrypted database back-ups, which expire on their own within 7 days or less. They are not restored except after a serious incident and, if that happened, the deletion is re-run.
• Technical logs held by our infrastructure providers, with no account content, under their own retention.
